“Healthy Drinks” and “Accumulate an Adequate Amount of Physical Activity Every Day” are the main themes of the “StartSmart@school.hk” Campaign in the school year 2026/27. To echo these themes, we have prepared the “Little Healthy Fighter’s Healthy Living Logbook” and the “Certificate Printing Programme (Website)”. Teachers can print out the certificates through the programme, and give them to young children as appreciation.
Suggestions for award of certificates Challenge 1: “Drink plenty of water” “Drink plenty of water” is a four-week task. To start off, young child should meet the target of drinking at least 4 glasses of water (1 glass ≈ 240 ml) every day, for which he/she can get a “glass-shaped” sticker Challenge 2: “Do physical activity more often” “Do physical activity more often” is a four-week task. To start off, parent records the young child’s daily physical activity time in the logbook. If the child has accumulated at least 180 minutes of physical activity daily, he/she can get a “sneaker-shaped” sticker |
from parents. When the child has collected seven stickers in a week, their teacher will give him/her a “Little Healthy Fighter” sticker
as reward. According to the number of “Little Healthy Fighter” stickers collected by the child, the school can present to him/her a certificate of a certain level.
