Vegetables

 

Vegetables that contain large amounts of dietary fibre are the best choice to promote intestinal health and prevent constipation, haemorrhoids, hypertension, colon cancer and other diseases. Vegetables contain an abundant amount of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Their nutritional values are very high and extremely beneficial to children’s well-being. Moreover, with high water content, low fat and low calories, they are least likely to be associated with obesity. Both adults and children should eat vegetables often.
