Drink More Water

 

An intake of six to eight cups of fluid every day can supply our body with enough water. Odourless, colourless water is the healthiest choice. Water quenches thirst, does not cause tooth decay and prevents/relieves constipation. In addition, drinking plenty of water can prevent heat stroke, dilute the concentration of urine and help expel bacteria out of the body through urination. Furthermore, adequate fluid intake can lower the risks of urinary tract stones and kidney stones. Therefore, starting from a young age, children should develop a good habit of drinking enough water every day.
