Accumulate no more than 2 hours each day (Do the least Sedentary activity)

  • Watching TV, playing computer or electronic games

 

Accumulate at least 3 hours each day (Do more Physical activity with higher intensity)

  • Aerobic exercise: cycling, running
  • Flexibility exercise: stretching, doing warm-up exercise

  • Group activities: dancing, playing simple ball games
